An amazing experience to be among some great national and international chefs at the Noosa International Food and Wine Festival. 

I got to meet Matt Preston from Masterchef Australia and share lunch. 10/10 for lunch.

Times are tough with all the expenses going up, nevertheless we must solder on and believe we can do a better job than our competitors.

In our industry of outsourcing, price is not the only factor that counts in retaining a client or winning a new client.The ability to LISTEN and COMMUNICATE with the person who contacts us is also as vital as the actual cost for the service.

third day with the team in Fiji and feeling great. The floods in Nadi have definitely devastated the Country, however the spirit of the people is the one of 'fighters' and they are rebulding what has been washed away.

Our office in Suva is all good and the team is growing nicely. Very proud of them all.

Now that I am learing how to blog on my site :)  I will be posting my stories a bit more often.
